Dr. Dr. Father JoeBarth C. Abba is  an African- European scholar. He is a Catholic priest of the Archdiocese of Onitsha, Nigeria. The young Joebarth C. Abba hails from Iheaka Town , Enugu State, South Eastern Nigeria. After some years of experiences in parish works in Onitsha Archdiocese and Mission Apostolate in Delta State, Iselle- Uku Diocese,  he was  again sent on   European Mission and  Study Apostolates and other research programmes in Western World. He is a German theologian and a philosopher.
